This page is maintained by R2 Commercial Holdings LLC to describe how the TowerLeverage tower negotiator platform ("TowerLeverage", "we", "us") handles information from visitors and signed-in users. It is not legal advice or an independent certification.
Information we collect
- Account data you provide when signing up or signing in — email address, name, and password credentials handled by our authentication provider.
- Workspace data you enter into the product — lease profiles, negotiation records, offer histories, address inputs, and calibration snapshots — stored in your account and scoped to you by row-level security.
- Lead and contact form data you submit through the marketing site (name, email, company, message).
- Demo access logs — when you unlock a password-gated demo, we may log a visitor name and timestamp for follow-up.
- Product telemetry — page views, feature usage, and error events collected through privacy-respecting analytics to improve the product.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate, secure, and improve the platform; authenticate users; deliver valuation, rent, and negotiation outputs; respond to inquiries; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Subprocessors
We rely on a limited set of infrastructure providers to run the service — including Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Cloudflare (application hosting and edge delivery), Lovable (build and deploy platform), and optional analytics providers. Each subprocessor is contractually bound to protect data on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember demo unlocks in your browser. Analytics cookies, when enabled, help us understand aggregate product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Retention
We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active. Marketing leads are retained for follow-up unless you request deletion. Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact counsel@tacendalaw.com.
Security
We use encryption in transit, scoped access controls, and row-level security to protect workspace data. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to counsel@tacendalaw.com.
